error in "hello rcp" launch

hi, i'm beginner to plugin development.
according to the RTCSdk20<Main<TWiki guide-lines, i download and install client, server and junit test source after a RTC-expressc-full-2.0-win installation.

when i try to launch the "Hello RCP" classic plugin, if the plugin development target platform IS NOT "Jazz Junit Test and Binaries" the launch it's ok;
else occurr that application launch fails, with this log:
