Getting CRJAZ2383E Cannot connect to the repository at URL "https://localhost:7443/jazz".

Hi,

I am trying to run one RTC plugin on RTC version 5.0.2 using Jetty Server. It was working on my system, I followed the steps mentioned in the IBM Rational Team Concert4.X Extensibility pdf.

But when I am trying to execute the same thing using the same steps to some other system then after the RTC 5.0.2 configuration it was not showing error when connect to "https://localhost:7443/jazz" on Mozilla. But after adding the plugin bundles and starting the Jetty server using Debug Configuration when I opened "https://localhost:7443/jazz" URL in mozilla then It shows following error -

CRJAZ2383E Cannot connect to the repository at URL "https://localhost:7443/jazz", because the server has responded with a code indicating it is temporarily unavailable. Please retry again later, or if the error persists, contact your server administrator.
  Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL:
https://localhost:7443/jazz/repo/repositoryId 

Please provide some help... thanks in advance....
