What exactly do you mean "append"?
If you mean to import requirements from the added contents of a Word document that has previously been imported into RDNG, I don't see any automatic or smart ways to do it. The best option I can think of is to separate the new content into a new Word document, import from this Word document into a designated folder (so that the requirements can be easily located) and probably not creating a Module this time, then add the newly imported requirements to the existing Module. lakshmi shree selected this answer as the correct answer
