Plugin for TSRM/SCCD

We are planning to migrate our production tickets in TSRM to RTC and for that we are looking for a plugin / api to integrate TSRM / SCCD to RTC.

Please advise. Thanks.

I would suggest to look at the ways RTC can import data. CSV format is one option.
For Work Items, only move the open items over.

Hi Ralph, thanks for your suggestion. It appears that there is a way to integrate IGA TSRM with RTC. The option is found under the security menu in TSRM.
