What do these data-mart jobs do and what would be missing if they aren't running ?

Recently installed and configured DCC in our 5.0.2 ifix6 environment.  Upon doing the Resource Groups, certain Data-mart jobs are selected, but across the board these are not:

Activity History
Build History
File History
Project Management History
Quality Management History
Requirement Management History
Request Management History
Task History

Some of these are obvious ( File History, Build History ) regarding their likely function, but others I cannot make inferences [ Task History, Project Management History ].   I found one search hit in the Knowledge Center, but it only enumerates the Data-Mart jobs, no description.

So, if they aren't run(ning) will users miss any information ?  What would be gained from executing them ?

Hi, Kevin

These jobs were provided by the Insight Data manager solution. None of the out of the box reports use their data. They just collect metric drill through data so users can write Cognos reports then can drill through from a metric to the artifacts that contribute to the metric. The user should disable all the DCC jobs that end with the word History. These jobs are really expensive and are disabled by default.

Thanks
