How to enable "Change and Configuration Management - Work Item Metrics"

Hello,

The data collection job to run work item metrics is grayed out on the DCC interface. How can one enable it?

Hi Rafael,

Is Work Item Metrics the only one job that is greyed out? Or there are some other jobs greyed out as well?
Usually those History and Statistics jobs are disabled by default, but they are unchecked - means Disabled, not greyed out.

Hi Lucas,

When the job(s) are in the "Running" status, they are greyed out. Can you please check if that is the case for you?

Hi Cathy, thanks for the interest!

These jobs do not have the run button at their right, only the delete one.

Hi Raf,

Do you see similar status as above screen shot? i.e. when a job is "Running" it is greyed out.

They are Idle, also.

Hi Raf,

Please check dcc.log and dcc-etl.log to see any problem, particularly with the connection between the DCC and JRS or JTS. Are all other jobs in Change and Configuration Management running fine?

There a lot of FileNotFoundException regarding lucene indexes in the logs.
