Is there anyway to customize the Test execution results to contain Test Case Design , Precondition , Post condition 

We are planning to execute Test Case only without Scripts

Hi, Mohamed

You cannot customize the test execution results currently in RQM because TER has no template provided for the user to do the customization. Since TER is from TestCase, one approach is to request the ability in RQM to enable TER to inherit the sections in Test Case when executing. There is a popular existing RFE and may want to comment there as well for your use case:
