After successfully completing the jts/setup wizard, there are errors on the diagnostics page for either lqe or ldx applicationis

This message is an example of what may appear in the jts diagnostics page

Application: the consumer key "9df4d9d7116d4c448c1e431e062bbd5f" for "/ldx" was allocated by this server, when it should have been allocated by the application.
This may indicate that the setup wizard for the application must be executed.

These instructions are meant for v6.0.x
To resolve follow the below instructions to unregister and then re-register the application:
1. Go to the jts admin page
2. select the  "registered  applications" page
3. Take note of the discovery url
4. Under the Actions for the problematic application select remove
4. Once the problematic application is no longer listed, select the add button on the "registered Applications: page
5. Once the wizard  is filled out, press save
6. If the save was successful, then run through the setup wizard

FYI, my customer had this problem with LQE (v6.0.1) and this solution worked but required an extra step before LQE was recognized as unregistered.  When my customer followed the steps above, he got this error:

CRLQE0321E Lifecycle Query Engine will not allow registration with a Jazz Team Server at this time because it has already been registered with another Jazz Team Server. If you need to register Lifecycle Query Engine with a new Jazz Team Server, please restart Lifecycle Query Engine in configuration mode. You can start Lifecycle Query Engine in configuration mode by setting the lqe.configMode property to "true" in the lqe.properties file and restarting the application.

He had to stop LQE, set the lqe.configMode property to "true" in the lqe.properties file, and restart LQE after removing LQE from "registered applications".  After that, re-adding LQE to "registered applications" succeeded.
