How do you make fields required in RTC work items?

I found this link and it works perfectly. However I want to do this in the browser interface. Is this possible in RTC 6.0?

Hi Arnold,

You achieve the same from ccm/web as well

Thank you. I don't this option was available in 4.0.3

Yes, as this was introduced in 4.0.5 version
