I have been working with him on this. He is definitely a Team Member of the Team Area.
We do have a process customization for this team area. I have tried giving the Source Control -> Deliver (server) permission to the following roles in the team area... Everyone team-member Developer Build I have done this at the top level Permissions in the team area, and in the Permissions of Iteration in which the work is being done. I have not done this in the Permissions of the Iteration Type -- that remains undefined. Little help? Brian |

The root cause was that the user had two profiles setup. Due to case-sensitivity "Mohan" != "mohan" in RTC. We deleted the duplicate entry and everything worked beautifully. Thanks,
