Rational Insight Data Manager job dies
Environment: Rational Insight 1.1.1.6, Jazz 5.02
Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012
We have setup a new environment and are running the CLM5.0_All job for the first time. The job failed and the error log pointed to JFS_Common4.0.5. After this, I ran only the JFS_Common4.0.5 jobstream. Within 2-3 seconds, I get a popup:
'Data Manager Jobstream Application has stopped working'
The error log folder contains no error. The file generated for JFS_Common4.0.5 contains a message that it is executing (inline). No error message. The popup contains an option to 'Close the Program'. I select this and the execution stops.
How do I troubleshoot this esp. without any error message?

Can you please contact IBM support about this issue? They will ask you for logs and we may need to do a live session so you can demo the issue to us. |
