unable to load a file into local workspace using RTC ISPF

Hello, I am unable to load my workspace using RTC ISPF client.
  • I specified dataset HLQ where to load to as SFCFAI.ANL51 (which exists)
  • I selected an existing repository and selected option Load
  • I selected the component to Load
  • I selected the zComponent to load from
  • Next I searched zFile/member and for example
    • zFile/Member to load:             
    • zOSsrc/ANITST/PLI/ANLITST.plidb2
  • The Confirm Load screen was appeared and I pressed enter but nothing seem to happen.
  • There was no error message and I checked the dataset and did not find the file.
Please advise. Do I have to preallocate the dataset where to load the file? If I have to preallocate the dataset for the example above what should the dataset be named as?
