work item customization: get custom message on read-only attribute for condition

Hi,

is there possible to print custom message for read-only attribute for codition (made with javascript). I succeeded to make this work, but I want my own custom message, for example: Attribute Time Spent is not modifiable until work item is in state "In Progress", not:

Attribute 'Time spent' is not modifiable. The 'Time Spent' attribute is not modifiable (work item 174511).
