Multi-level ranking in RTC Plans

Is it possible to do multi-level ranking in RTC Plans like in Quick Planner.
Example: to get ranks for child Workitems as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 below a 1 ranked parent.

RTC Version Used: 5.0.2

It has been added in 6.0: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/6.0?p=news#Planning_%20hierarchical_ranking. Let us know if that helps.
