An error occured in try in cloud, couldn't access to my project
I opened a project in "try in cloud". But now the error below occured, it doesn't vanish. How can I get over it? I couldn't access to my project.

Could you provide some more details about how you created the project? Are you doing a trial from jazz.net and creating a sample project area? https://jazz.net/products/sandbox/?tag=rational-team-concert
Have you been able to access your project area in the past? If you created a project some time ago perhaps it has already been deleted. The trial period is apparently 14 days. Otherwise, I would start by logging out and trying to log in again. |
