Problem getting RQM V2.0b and RTC V2.0 integration

Hi All,
I am currently trying to get the integration between RQM V2.0 Beta and RTC V2.0 working. I **think** I have setup the integration, following the instructions in the doco.

However, when I press the "add" button in the link section of the RQM project area the "add Link" window is popping up with the error message below.

"Problem Fetching Remote Data:

Unable to load URL: /jazz/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2Frqm%3A9444%2Fjazz%2Ffriends, Status: 403"

Any ideas what I have got wrong in the configuration ?
