Download as a spredsheet function doesn't work in RQM 4.0.1

Hi,
I am working in RQM 4.0.1 from Firefox and Chrome browsers (last version continuously updated).
I created a test execution records view to show all execution records in my plan

Then I tried to export the data showed in this view in a spreadsheet pressing the related icon.
Nothing occurs.
Is this capability designed to work in another way? Could someone help

Hi Agostino,
I think before you press the export pdf option, you need to choose the items by checking the check box first.

Hi Hao Wan,

I did try to select all items but when I press download as spreadsheet (not export as PDF) nothing occurs
