Where to look when getting an error on enabling Suspicion Profile for CCM?

 When enabling tracking of Suspicion Profile for CCM 5.0, we're getting this message:
An error occurred, please check the logs

What's the right log to look at?

Not sure whether you still have the problem. I would suggest you look at the rm.log and the ccm.log files.

We still do.
The only relevant message we found was described in https://jazz.net/forum/questions/104103/secj0371w-validation-of-the-ltpa-token-failed-because-the-token-expired-with-the-following-info

We're sorting through the issue to see if that's what's preventing the CCM Suspicion Profile tracking to be enabled.
