Where to look when getting an error on enabling Suspicion Profile for CCM?

Not sure whether you still have the problem. I would suggest you look at the rm.log and the ccm.log files.

We're sorting through the issue to see if that's what's preventing the CCM Suspicion Profile tracking to be enabled.
