Need info on Work Item behavior.
Can we modify the work item template so that we can put few condition..and if this condition satisfied, show this filed..
We have a IBM ClearQuest (CQ) product where we raised the defect/Enhancement.While raising/opening a new defect, CQ form have ODC Submitter and when developer fixes the defect and change the status of the defect to fix, automatically the new tab (ODCResponder) will get added. The trigger for adding the ODCResponder is status of the defect i.e. fixed status. This type of behavior is possible in RTC? Means when we change the status of the work item to implemented, can we add tab or enable few field to fill the information.? Thanks & regards, Tushar Y Parate |
