DOORS NG Document-Style Reports

Is there a way to make changes to the standard DOORS NG Document-Style Report process to provide a more formal set of front pages, headers, footers, etc? When using RPE directly, there is the option of using Style Sheets or other formatting commands. Is there a way to include a Style Sheet or other approach for including more formal, customer-based reports out of DOORS NG? At a minimum, we would like a title page, headers and footers.
