I set up Development env for extending RTC after debugging it is showing me following errors

"The project cannot be built until build path errors are resolved."

"Cannot nest 'E:IBM/IBMIMShared/plugins/com.ibm.team.log4j.ui_1.2.0.v20140307_1622/resources' inside library 'E:IBM/IBMIMShared/plugins/com.ibm.team.log4j.ui_1.2.0.v20140307_1622'  "

what is a reason of these two errors and how to resolve these?
