If you want to use Rational Team Concert then you should download the latest version from: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/2.0/

As for the difference between Jazz foundation server and RTC 2.0 server, I'll leave it for someone more knowledgeable.

If you want to use Rational Team Concert then you should download the latest version from: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/2.0/

As for the difference between Jazz foundation server and RTC 2.0 server, I'll leave it for someone more knowledgeable.

The Rational Team Concert is what you would use if you want to use the
Rational Team Concert applications (SCM, Work Items, Build, Agile Planning).

The Jazz Foundation Server is what you would use if you wnat to build
your own applications, and just want to use the Jazz Foundation Services
(persistency, query, webui components, etc) to do so .
