RTC only claims support for the Eclipse IDE only, not a specific Eclipse based product. RTC 5.0.2 does not claim support for Eclipse 3.8.x, so there is no guarantee it will work. Also, it appears that Wind River Workbench has its own support for ClearCase, CVS and SVN and it may have some potential conflict with RTC.
