problem on rmt and rqm integration

RMT can export script in xml file - I call it rmt_exp_xml;
RQM can import RMT script in xml file - I call it rqm_imp_xml;

But RQM can't support rmt_exp_xml format, And I don't know where I can get a rqm_imp_xml format files.

How about integrate those two format into one? i.e. RQM can import rmt_exp_xml file?

Additional information:
rqm_imp_xml format refers to the format supported by import tool in sample folder of RQM installation.
i.e. {RQM_HOME}\tools\import.bat
