Hi, I haven't found these two Process Templates in RTC 2.0. Have they
been removed? Or do I have a corrupt installation?

Those templates have been removed. We decided that it would be better
to focus our efforts on a smaller number of templates.

Hello,

The templates no longer ship "out of the box". You can still download them from jazz.net:
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases
/AddonsTemplates

The downloads are zip files. You can use the Eclipse client or the web UI to import the templates.
