Can I use Eclipse client w/ CQ entitlement licenses

Hello,

We have many CQ licenses and will be using RTC via the entitlement licensing.

Does this type of license restrict us to the web or does it allow us to access RTC through the Eclipse client?

I understand no SCM/Build functionality, but the Eclipse interface for agile planning is much stronger. We would like use that if possible.

The CQ entitlement allows you to use RTC through the Eclipse client.
