Getting warning "element with the id attribute values that is not unique" - on execution of Java code in Plug In Project

We get below mentioned warnings when we execute java code using a Plug in project. These messages come every time in consolde when we execute the code. However, they dont impact output of program.

Feb 13, 2013 5:06:09 PM com.ibm.team.repository.common.util.ExtensionRegistryReader logError

SEVERE: The com.ibm.team.workitem.common bundle's plugin.xml file contains a <component> element with the id attribute value com.ibm.team.workitem that is not unique.

Any pointers, recommendations or documents on how to resolve the underlying issue would be really helpfull.
