Hi,
I am using the Resource Oriented Work Item API 2.0 (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ResourceOrientedWorkItemAPIv2) to modify work items by sending http requests to an RTCBeta2 server.

My main focus is changing the work item state, but I see that the "status LED" on the page above for changing the state is yellow. It also states it is "modifiable via action".

Can anyone give me more information such as how to change the state or what "modifiable via action" means? And if it is not implemented yet is there a work item tracking this function?
