Nickname tagging
Presently, Team Concert offers the ability to type in a workitem field (the description filed) a mentions (for example task 34) and have it hyper linked to task 34. Is there an ability within Team Concert to , for example, enter Task Name instead of Task 23 where name is some nickname you have given that task? If not this would be an invaluable capability as it allows workitem hyper linking (mentions) to be more meaningful.

I don't believe there's any such feature however one thing you can do that will make the text more readable is to copy the ID and summary of the work item to link to (assuming your're using the Eclipse client and not the web UI). This will give you a link with the number and the title of the work item which is more meaningful than just the work item number.
