RTC server disconnection

One of our user is facing issues "RTC Performance issue". To elaborate: He is working on RTC Eclipse client and facing server disconnection problem very frequently.It again then gets connected and then disconnected.If he is in middle of cheking the files, the RTC server gets disconnected.What can be the possible cause to this. Please provide help to this problem.

Although people on the forum might be able to give you some general
guidance, for a very specific issue like this, it is best to work
