When you open the repository workspace on Eclipse, you can change the owner to another user. After changing the owner to another one, it will be invisible in "my repository workspace" if the new user is not the current login user.

JAZZ DEVELOPER

Open the repo workspace in Eclipse. There should be a "Browse" button next to "Owned By".  Click on that and select a new owner.

Note, you will need to either be logged in as the current workspace owner, or someone with JazzAdmin to change the repository workspace ownership.
