Is there any way to rename default link types in work item link tab?

 I want to rename existing link type "Add Track" ,but is not able to do that.

 I don't think the function is available in RTC. You can submit an enhancement request in https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert
