 I need a reference to IBM documentation that states that work item ID's are unique.  If any could provide a link to and RTC documentation or article that makes this explicit, it would be appreciated.

 Hi John,

Presently I could not find an article that gives a reference that indicates that WorkItem Id's are unique. But from my work experince with RTC, I'm pretty sure that the workitem Id's are Unique in RTC.
