RQM/RTC Integration

I've followed all the steps to perform the RQM/RTC integration on http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v1r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_config_rtc_defects.html and everything said it went through fine BUT when I tried to create a new defect, the Project Area and the Team Area were not populated from RTC. Is there something I'm missing?

- Running RTC & RQM v1.0.1.1
- Same when both at v1.0.1

Hi Folks!

In step 3 of the "Setting up defect management in Rational Team Concert" section I can't find "Admin ->System Properties" option in the RQM Web UI and hence can't finish Defects Provider configuration. This option is simply missing. I am referring to RQM 1.0.1 Standard Edition.

Please help,

Adnan

Have you tried stopping both the servers and then restarting them? I had both installed on the same server and once I restarted it worked fine

Is there something I'm missing?

How do I select different project area when I create new defect?
