What is the use of "tags" field in ccm

Hello,

In CCM workitem there is an "Tags" field in attribute based presentation, Can you please tell me why this field and what is the use of this attribute. Where and how these tags can be used?

RTC/CCM has a built in Tag field, where you can add tags (like on your question in this forum). These are presented with said presentation. There is a special Tag-Cloud view as well.

Tags can be used in queries, for searching and organizing work items.
Example tags:
Release_candidate
Cust_1234
next-meeting
