Hi,
you can download at https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/6.0.6?p=allDownloads , just look for the entry "Build System Toolkit". You find instructions on how to install in the online documentation: Build Toolkit Doc
Seeing that you use Ubuntu you might want to either use the .zip install or in fact the incubator "Ubuntu Linux package for Build System Toolkit"
Integrate RTC Build and Jenkins once set up: https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.team.build.doc%2Ftopics%2Fc_jenkins_overview.html

Comments I have configured the build tool in Global configuration jenkins GUI, next step is need to configure system in jenkins as mention in RTC wiki but still i am not able to resolve this. We are really struggling with continues integration in Jenkins with RTC.
