Problematically adding users to RTC

Glenn Poston (7194) | asked Jun 05 '09, 5:27 p.m.
I'd like to problematically create users in RTC.

Currently an admin has to add a user to RTC before that user can submit a defect. Our user base is quite large and this is tedious. We'd like to allow the user to create his/her own account "contributer" account.

What is the best way to go about this?

Our current configuration uses LDAP to authenticate users, but only users that are registered in RTC. Is there a way to configure JAZZ to give all/any LDAP authenticated user access to create work items under a "contributor" role event though they are not registered in RTC.

ummm :(
Not that I know of, you would have to create a 'group' that contains
everyone in the LDAP and map that group to a Jazz group

Could you maybe point me to some information on how to implement this?
