Problematically adding users to RTC
I'd like to problematically create users in RTC.
Currently an admin has to add a user to RTC before that user can submit a defect. Our user base is quite large and this is tedious. We'd like to allow the user to create his/her own account "contributer" account. What is the best way to go about this? |

This is available in 2.0. in 1.0, one should use the LDAP synch Could you maybe point me to some information on how to implement this? |

Our current configuration uses LDAP to authenticate users, but only users that are registered in RTC. Is there a way to configure JAZZ to give all/any LDAP authenticated user access to create work items under a "contributor" role event though they are not registered in RTC.
