Can we write a utility to download the baseline from GC or CCM

Hi Team,
           
I want to share the baseline code (any contain) from the GCM baseline.
But till this feature is yet to come in the web client.

Another alternative is to make the zip file in the sandbox and delivered it to stream but in this condition we have to create the baseline again and which will again rewrite the baseline code

So to share the baseline can we write a utility to download or load the baseline. ?
