How to create FOLDER/FILE[logs] programmatically into RTC server installation path

Hi Anyone,

I would require to create LOG files[inside a folder] programmatically in the RTC Server Installation path. 

Currently, I could write the logs under "\opt\IBM\JazzTeamServer_4.0.6\server\" as Jazz user.

How to configure it as a CCM user in Test instance? Even, as CCM user, it was working fine 3 months before. But recently, not working, could not find the root cause. Where to check this issue? Having any idea?

It's quite hard to understand your question. There are few points that need clarification.

1. Where is your code to create the log file? Is it running within RTC or outside?
2. What's the difference between the "Jazz" user and the "CCM" user? Are they Linux users or application (CLM) users?
3. What is the "Test instance"?
4. What is the exact meaning of "working" and "not working"?
