Possible to disable yes/no checkin other changes dialog?

Jonathan McEwan (111) | asked Jun 03 '09, 6:42 p.m.
Is there way to configure the defaulting of this dialog when checking in files:

"you are delivering a changeset from a component which has changes that aren't checked-in. Do you wish to check them in?
"

The reason is, the answer for us is always no; and if you hit yes by mistake you have a mess of rollback to do.

Jon,

The answer to your question is no. There is no way to turn off this
prompt and make the default behavior to skip uncheckedin changes.
Personally, there are times when I want to perform a deliver and not
check in changes but I could not make the claim that I would never want
to check them in (i.e. I do forget to check in changes at times). Is it
common for you or others in your organization to deliver changes sets
while you have uncheckedin changes? If so, it would be helpful to
understand why this is the case. Are there particular files that you
have modified locally that you never want to check in? If so, have you
tried ignoring them (or is the case that the changes to the file should
be ignored by some developers but not others)?
