RTC Approver Role - Ballot assignment is not consistent

 Hi All,
In a project area, there are different teams and in each team there will be more than 1 approver role assigned to the different users. When a CR is raised in RTC, ballots are created and will be assigned to any of the approver randomly. Is there any way, if there are more than one approver role assigned to different users can we make all the ballots to get assigned to only one particular user who has the approver role?

In my out of the box RTC, approvers need to be added manually. There is no such automation or role. So I assume you have some custom automation built into RTC. Talk to the people that created this if you need them to change the implementation.
