How to restrict Plans to Specific Teams in IBM RTC? Means members of other Teams will not be able to view that plan?

 How to restrict Plans to Specific Teamsin IBM RTC ? Means members of other Teams will not be able to view that plan? As i am able to just restrict workitem view in the plans in IBM RTC.

As far as I am aware there is no access restriction on reading plans If you have access to that project area, you can see all plans.

PS, I assume you are talking about RTC - your tagging and the question did not contain any of this information.
