RTC 2.0-2 Client Access License Deactivated

Stephen Rooks (18231825) | asked Jun 02 '09, 1:13 p.m.
How can I reactivate the licenses?

I clicked on Edit Client Access License Types and now every license type shows the following:

Deactivated (The "Contributor" client access license type is not compatible with the "" server license edition. Install a compatible client access license or change the server license key.)

Pointer in the right direction appreciated! I cannot create a project.

thanks,

steve

What type of server packaging did you install? Express, Standard ...

What is the state of the server license, is it expired?

Hi Steve

You might want to try re-install. I don't see a separate license key file you can use with the beta to restore your license settings.

If you are using Derby/Tomcat, keep a copy of the server/repositoryDB directory, workItems and tomcat/conf/tomcat-users.xml.

I am guessing you tried to install 1.0 Client Access Licenses onto the early access 2.0 server? If you reinstall the server key that came with the build you should be OK.
