Using 2.0 Beta 2 server, is it possible to write an application (java or perl) that:

1) lists the RTC projects of a repository?
2) lists the members of a RTC project/team hierarchy?

Where can we get information re. this task (Foundation SDK?)?

Yes. Download the plain java client libraries as explained at https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RTCSDK20_DevelopmentEnvironmentSetup and one of the snippets has examples of creating teams/project and adding users. The code to list and browse is in those interfaces.
