Deleted (Archived) iterations
While configuring a new project, I created an extra iteration, saved the project, and then noticed the unnedediteration and immediately deleted it.
It does not get deleted, it gets archived, and is now visible, but not useful in the project iteration view. In fact it is very misleading to have it there for users that glance at the iteration hierarchy.
Is there any way to get rid of it short of dumping the project and starting from scratch again?

One answer
The UI does not provide a way to delete the archived iterations
completely. However, archived iterations should be filtered out of most
presentations by default.
