Is there something with IE10 causing this or just coincidence?

I have a test plan that has a module as a collection link.  I added a test case to that test plan. I opened the module and selected a requirement, I then started the new validated by link process.  I was able to select a test case to link to, but when I chose done the following message appears.

The webpage cannot be found - http 404

I am lost here...

what is your QM and RM version?
if trying with Firefox or Chrome, do you see the same problem or not?

Peter, this appears unrelated to the web browser.  I would suggest to open a PMR.

Ok, so upgraded doors to 9.5.4 and linking now works.  However, now when run traceability report query from RQM section of doors toolbar the new links do not get displayed in the query.

I assume I will now also have to upgrade RQM.

RQM version currently is 4.0.3
