Unable to create jazz.net Sandbox of DOORS NG
I've tried numerous times to create a sandbox install or DOORS Next Generation but the sandbox generation tool repeatedly fails about 60% of the way through. I've tried numerous project names and all fail. It reports that my default username project already exists, but there are no screens for getting to existing sandbox installations. The page that is supposed to take me there prompts me repeatedly for what type of user I am. I've gone through that process numerous times as well.
Any clues what's going wrong?

I was just able to create a sandbox install,if you meant the jazz.net sandbox. I sent an invitation to the email I found for your jazz.net user. Hopefully it is correct.
