How to change name of Create Artifact in Design Manager link to Rational team Concert?

I have created some custom work item types. This was based on the SCRUM process Template. I was able to successfully connect it to Design Manager. When trying to create a New Work Item from DM elaborates link type, I always see "New Defect". this works for me fine as the linking to the custom work item is working. Only problem to the users is the name. Can I change this name to something that reflects my worktem type name like Design CR. If I can, where do I do this change.

Any guidelines will be highly appreciated.
