Why is p2 RTC Client 5.0.2 Showing as Version 4.5.300.RTC in Eclipse?

I just downloaded the p2 install image for the RTC Client 5.0.2 ('RTC-Client-p2Repo-5.0.2.zip'). But when I try to install it in Eclipse, it is showing me that it is version '4.5.300.RTC-I20141031-0926'. Is this correct? And if so, why???

 I don't know this to be the case, but it's not uncommon for there to be a mismatch between "marketing" versions and semantic versions. It's quite possible that 5.0.2 is the marketing version and 4.5.300.RTC-I20141031-0926 is an OSGi semantic version.

If that is the case I'll grant you it's confusing :)
